Lifetime Support
All VELOMONT bike owners receive unlimited lifetime support (the life of the bike, not the owner). If you purchase a used bike, just contact us; we will verify the frame and motor number and update our records. This enables us to contact any owners in the event of a safety notice, product update or recall.
* Bespoke designs may be subject to a partial refund if the design is deemed too challenging to re-sell and requires re-manufacture.
** Warranty voided if customer fails to follow riding and maintenance instructions in owners manual. Warranty does not cover 'wear and tear' items.
